Waste of time

Exactly what a waste of money and time. Flagstar got my software. Evaluated my house at $170,000 below-market. Our representative attempted to obtain the evaluation re done, but after many weeks of losing time, I visited another bank who evaluated my house $170,000 highter compared to the appraiser that Flagstar employed. I wound up needing to place thru a charge card challenge to obtain back my evaluation price. The appraiser really comped my house against a modular house that had 1700square toes still incomplete. The entire second-floor was 2-by-4is. Flagstar stated that using the modifications and handles in position from the feds they have no control over who appraises the house, nonetheless they do employ the 3rd party. Exactly what a laugh.
