I would settled the corporation 1,950.00 bucks, in order for them to assist me alter my mortgage. I been waiting since April. They didt actually deliver an email in my experience I had been usually calling or delivering them an email for improvements on my mortgage. On 8/7 they send me a e-mail stating that i did't qualify for the program with no explanation what so ever. I email them i desired my money-back they responded the cash wasn't refundable. Today I am likely to be 30 days behind since I'd to compensated them that quantity. Searching through my paper-work I came across the notice that says the cash is 100% refundable!!! At the moment I am looking for A Lawyer!!!
