We recognized my mother was ill 12/24/03 & she was useless by 1/24/04 of lung cancer. I had been already ill & her unexpected demise plus all of the fighting the final month of her life-made me even sicker. But I'd a young child to complete increasing. We shifted completely to Texas for help of her father.

I called these flats before I actually left house. They understood that which was up. They realized I had been ill/unemployed. They knew coming here was iffy. They realized I had been paying lease from my inheritance that was in probate & used to donot understand how long probate required.

They pushed to pay for many hundreds in a deposit. Not really a hundred or perhaps a handful of hundred... Many hundreds. They had me signal annually's rent for many silly cause. For 6 mois we were bothered by neighbors while overlooked by my ex. Neither my ex or the apts might assist us. I've health issues I want support with... Nobody might assist me with this. Therefore after 6 mois I had been shattered & all set home. They'dnot I'd like to utilize some of that large dep. To carry on paying rent and so I might remain. I'd no option but to interrupt the rent.

I anticipated many or even all my many hundreds back. However they not just held it... They anticipated many more. They stated they just offered me a discount since I closed annually's rental therefore since I had been splitting it-they were likely to return & get me for complete market lease. I have never settled it therefore it is been on my credit history all of this period.

They not just scammed a/handicapped lady who simply hidden her mother & dropped her entire household... They scammed my only kid also. If youare in virtually any type of poor scenario remain as far-away from these folks as you could possibly get simply because they will require full benefit.
