Mortgage broker lied and swindled

My partner was authorized to get a house she visited property course she settled 1500.00 bucks for inspections studies deposit serious money and was informed that she was qualified. Matt Gurnow who's the mortgage advisor retained showing her that anything was good nowadays we discover that people aren't obtaining the housedue towards the proven fact that she doesn't create enough money. It is his work when provided all of the paperwork to inform us that people qualify or not they got her cash and he or she doesn't have home I'm pissed-off and certainly will obtain a lawyer but I'd like everybody to understand to not cope with Watson Realty in Deland Florida. This may be the worst-case of bad integrity and morality that I've ever seen.incidentally we were designed to shut on Fri 7-24-09 my partner is heartbroken and remaining with nothing with no wish of having her dream home and dropped 1500.00 Bucks.
