Arrogant - home purchae

Fannie Mae has accepted my bid on a home Dec. 2 and has held my settlement date in QC for over a month, it is now Jan. 8th. I try to call and they tell me they will keep putting me at the bottom of the list if I continue to call. They toold me they were all off between Christmas and NewYears and the work piled up. I was given the choice of being patient or looking for another property. I am involved in a divorce and have to vacate on Jan. 18th. They have me over a barrel and refuse to let me or my agent contact QC to find out why it is taking so long. My agent told me that the longest a QC took was two weeks. They are so arogent that I missed their call when Inwent to the restroom and they told me I waas placed at the endof the pile because I did not answer when I called. I can not believe how condesending they are particularly since tax dollars bailed them out
