A/C still not repaired after 5 days in Phoenix AZ in June!

The A/D within our house in Phoenix Arizona went on Saturday 6/5/09, we called, got a claim # and the name of 1 technician, Larry... Ultimately reached him Friday morning. He arrived by 2 hours late on Wednesday morning and after five minutes advised us we'd require a new compressor which he could not purchase until First American accepted the state. He also advised us that there could be misc costs totalling apprx. $250.00 within the $55.00 support cost when our AC was fixed. We're today on evening 6 without any AC and conditions hanging around 100 levels. We've 4 children including 18 weeks to 7 years, 4 pets and 5 cats and also the climate within our house hasbeen 90approximately levels. First American keeps altering their data based on whom we keep in touch with and there never appears to be a boss on-duty. They guarantee us the component continues to be delivered (DELIVERED from WHEREVER - this is actually the AC money of the planet, certainly they might have discovered a component here-but that will took agreement from the BOSS). Larry won't return our calls so when I talked to him last on Thursday, he declined to plan my appt. For fix until he really had the component in his palm, despite the fact that he's planned out 3-4 times. Therefore it appears like I'm planning into another weekend without reduction. First American is likely to be getting the medical expenses whenever we are hospitalized for heat exhaustion. Our agreement is up for restoration this month - do not rely on it!!!
