Awful company

I bought material safety on my new couch from Lazyboy furniture. I'd a burn on sofa that was coated in Stainsafe guarantee. I place in a state with Stainsafe that was authorized. I had been delivered a notice informing me to hold back 8- 12 months to get a substitute part to become sent to my house and in those days I should contact with-in 2 weeks to truly have a specialist install new component. The component never came. I called Stainsafe. They advised me that my state was shut because of no reaction from me. I waited the 12 months and believed I'd contact spot secure once the component reached my house. I later discovered from Lazyboy they never obtained a state or purchase from Stainsafe for that substance. The agreement notice does suggest that should you choose not contact them back with-in the 12 to 16-week waiting time that they can determine you're "happy". And close the state. Well I did so forget to contact till per month after dark dead-line they placed on me. Why? Since I had been awaiting a component to become shipped in my experience which was never requested and honestly, I forgot after waiting "3 MONTHS."

I called at the least 3 times and e mailed them. I had been requesting them to examine my state because of the reality lazy-boy stated they never got the purchase. They explained no every time. The very first boss I talked to was the worst. She declined to provide me instructions towards the workplace to try and repair the problem. She stated she didn't understand were work was, and that I later named and discovered the people addressing the telephones is found in the primary office I requested to obtain instructions to.

The only real words she'd state are your state continues to be shut, sorry.
