In February John Damiano at Usa Housing Reduction (UHR) replied to my on line request info concerning home loan change. He explained that UHR can work with my mortgage business and secure a revised mortgage (after stating that I pre-qualified centered on my economic data that people went around about the phone for the reason that preliminary discussion). He explained they by pass the Servicer, and proceed straight to the buyer which their providers were money-back guaranteed when they were not able to effectively secure a fixed-rate, lower payment mortgage that will, obviously, maintain my advantage.

He explained this could charge me $1,595. I settled this in 2 funds. Obviously, these were unable to perform something out. Once it was obvious, after confirming with my mortgage business, I approached UHR many times via mail and phone plus they don't react.

I'd not suggest anybody by using this organization when I have noticed from atleast 2 others who've attempted dealing with them they have had exactly the same encounter together. They're con artists.
