Fraudulant Claims

I had been scamed by these two "resale" businesses. I'd been taking resale businesses but did not feel confident with most of the "pitches" I had been gettig and so I ignore it. Nevertheless, these two clothes BuyaTimeshare.com, Quincy Browne & Timeshares by Operator, Janett McShane called me informing me they'd tenants for my Wyndham Bonnet Creek week. They both explained "I've more rental demands subsequently models availible, therefore while I had been awaiting a customer why don't you hire" I ought to have paid attention to my stomach and strolled away, but I truly wish to sell this timeshare, I don't wish to abandon it to my kids to cope with. Obviously they never hired and that I never obtained an offer for that purchase. Neither of those "sales agents" actually named me back, I reserved my device for both Daytona 500 & Spring Brake, simply to stop the concerns simply because they don't hire or promote something, they consider your cash, place an advertisement (along side 100is of others) about the their site and that I am certain that, laugh completely towards the lender. I've had relationships with each businesses management team without any fulfillment, Purchase A Timeshare, Jason Hamilton & T. Kogelman, Timeshares by Operator, Kevin White. Don't I repeate DON'T conduct business with one of these shysters. FYI Both businesses possess a N - score using the BBB. I'm wondering if a lawyer is thinking about completing a-class action suit. I'm confused why their state of California allowes these us-meticulous company to opperate. I don't understand how they rest during the night.
