Ripe off

They contacted me, and after speaking many times and them requesting 1 home cost in advance (1640.00) born for their lender. I had been very hesitant since i needed to see the contract in advance. Simply because they (shawn siler) stored telling me the fee was 100% gaurantied cash back or even completely satisfied. And so i sent the cash. They sent the contract. There is a myriad of terms that might have gave them the to keep your money. So they sent another contract which was somewhat differant but said the same issues. I subsequently refused to sign and asked for my cash back. After argueing many more occasions, they sent me a cancalation notice i had been necessary to sign which mentioned four weeks i'd get a check. I closed and wrote on base i anticipate a reimbursement asap. Today 14 days and nothing, named once only could speak with assistant i suppose, and explained i ought to get a sign in a few months. I'm very worried at this time, we really cant afford to reduce this cash. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks for reading
