Put a hole in our credit

My partner and that I refinanced our house Nov. The paperwork was authorized on November 21 and CITI Residential is declaring they didn't receive a cost in December. WE WEREN'T DESPITE CITI RESIDENTIAL IN NOVEMBER!!! They documented it towards the credit agency and today we've an enormous pit within our credit. We perform very difficult to maintain our credit in exceptional situation and today I can not actually look for a quantity for all those bastards. Grrrrr.
