Payment Confusion After Loan Servicing Transfer, Rate Still 12%

Ameriquest failed to write to me and report the changes about who was collecting my mortgage payment. I have had phone call after phone call explaining my payment schedule with Ameriquest, and time after time I get the same question: "You have not paid yet, we need to set a payment today." I have two loans. One happened to be on a special payment plan because someone took my two payments and applied them to one loan instead of two. The problem is that I can only make a payment to the one loan rep, who never returns my call. They were quick to charge me when the rates went up, and now that the rates are going down, I am still at a 12% adjustable rate.
