Security Deposits not being returned because they claim they are "refinancing"

Do not hire from flats handled by the corporation!!! The corporation isn't spending safety remains to tenants which are legally owed. They didn't deliver any conversation to us they wouldn't have the ability to spend us our deposit, we'd to contact and have where our cost was being that they are today 14 days beyond their state required time period to come back security remains. I had been ultimately informed that they're along the way of refinancing which got pressed to some later day. Therefore TENANT BEWARE! You've to pay for your obligations and therefore arenot being provided the disclosure the people you're hiring from can not be kept towards the same objectives!!
