Tom DiMicelli fabricates bogus damages along with phoney receipts to keep security deposits. He uses the same pictures from tenant to tenant to document the so-called damages. Complaints about mold have gone unanswered. He claims appliances are new when they are very old and dirty then holds the tenant responsible for them. He keeps two of the pool passes so he and his fat wife can use the pool when they don't even live there. Then he doesn't pay the association fee so the tenants can't use the pool. Tom and Pat both harass tenants with constant calls and driving by. He rents this place out without the required Certificate of Occupancy. He enters the condo without permission when tenants aren't home.

Tenants beware, this man is bad news. You might as well kiss your security deposit good bye because you will never see it again, no matter how perfect you leave the place. Take pictures of everything before and after. This man should not be allowed to get away with this. Residents of Waters Edge and the Association will vouch for his behavior. Look elsewhere!
