Improper payment application

Our morgage was sold for them at my final they certainly were choice one morgage evidently simply changes title. This must be from bad promotion used to make it easy to pay there are al leaders of costs. Four times together i've paid additional primary on my mortgage completing form properly and creating additional pricipal paymnets on check they've ignored my request and try to process the payments to mazimize there revenue. Bear in mind haven't mised a cost or have been late and thet ingnore our additional primary. I am totally supply up with fighting together with this. There response was if you pay extra on mortgage and need it used this way you can't pay mortgage online since when to mortgage company reach dictate what extra cash you wish to pay!!!
