Mold on balcony

I reported mold on balcony on my balcony on 4/3/09. Maintnance came in on 4/5/09 and did not have it removed. The maintnance man left a pink maintnance slip indicating that there is mold on the balcony ground as well as the walls and the problem will be resolved when maintnance have time to get to it. This is very unacceptable because this problem is a very unsafe health hazard to me as well as my two children. Im just asking for the problem to be resolved or to move us to a different apartment.
