This type of person only scammers created me place 5000.00 for that appraisel once they said i had been authorized subsequently sent there appraiser from colorado to oregon to help make the appraisel... Once they aren't actually licesend with that condition then backed from the deal and they'd not provide the appraisel statement despite the fact that i taken care of it when i exercised a handle who owns the property with owner financing in a greater interest rate they called up the owner and stated i supported from the deal they're lying scum.
