Had an arrangement with John Kothman who owns Propertique to hire a-mobile house with choice to purchase. He got a $1050 grant ckeck from my company which was said to be the "deposit" and a few months hire with some other costs. Works out he was not the dog owner and also the actual operator got no cash whatsoever. I arrived home to some caution notice about an eviction from the correct owner. The offer check was banked and John delivered emails declaring he was returning the cash towards the organization which he never did. Please study this individual before using the services of him or his companion Staci Watkins.
