John and Nicole Silva scamed me and my spouse out-of $1,750.00, plus around $1,200.00 in shifting costs in December. We closed a rent to hire a home they purchased and renovated within the existence of "Operator/Broker-Nicole Silva". Nicole, Her husband and Dad met us in the residence after getting our check, providing us the important thing and we shifting our furniture, devices and containers in to the four-bedroom house. She launched her dad and spouse to the household and also the following day relisted the home back onto the marketplace. Two days later, our check removed the financial institution and Mark Silva, Leader of Fairness Partners Insurance Providers delivered mean email saying that people needed to move-out of the home within 5 Times. We'd only used seven days clearing up the lawn and home and shifting our possessions in to the home at 206 Constelation Drive-In Slidell, LA. Five days next, Nicole Silva, "Claims Adjuster for E.P.insurance" visited the court and submitted an eviction notice against us, declaring that people had NO AGREEMENT, since her spouse didn't signal it and he or she DOESN'T HAVE PURSUITS within this organization (She's simply the Actual Estate Agent). 12 months later we've not gotten one penny of our money-back in the Silvas and we've an eviction on our report from the home we never existed in (simply because they switched off the resources and wouldn't provide us the authorization notice to obtain it switched on within our titles. She should have truly required this cash for Holiday, since in her communication, she insisted the Check be produced out to "Nicole Silva"-It's the best thing I'd the intuitiveness to create it out towards the Company Title she placed on the rent! NICOLE AND JOHN SILVA ARE ONLY TWO LIARS, ROBBERS AND SCAMERS... Please be familiar with this before you need to do any business together!!!
