Bought a piece of land from this person, The sale involved the local town hall also. We put up a pile of money. Neither one of them completed their contract, now we are stuck with a private road that has been very expensive. Local DOT Commissioner has a beef with the builder. We are stuck in the middle The story has a lot of pieces, but we were bamboozled by the builder and the town. Have documents to prove.
