They advertise properties on Craig's List with the concept of renting to own or purchasing very cheap properties due to the current housing market. The ad claims it's Real Estate by Owner. However when you call the number you are left on hold for a long time. I questioned the person about the property and when I seemed to doubt him, he just hung up.
