Allred Properties claims to help out of state and local real estate investors rent their properties, but will only even make the slightest effort for the easiest homes. They advertise houses for more than the agreed to price (which makes rental very difficult), they will lie cheat and steal to keep themselves out of doing real work and taking responsibility. Terrible company. BEWARE.
