Faucets are junk

Paid $150 for a bath faucet that was missing an end to a solid brass piece from the factory. They sent me another faucet. This time the faucet had the end on it, but the brass pipe piece busted within 30 days, shooting water all over. I called Dreamline and asked for my money back and they denied me because it was past 30 days. The faucets are junk and so is the company for selling such junk! They even acknowledged to me that this is the way they treat other customers who want their money back instead of another piece of junk, so there must be many customers upset with their junk!
