Refusal to pay claims

1 5 years before my gersey rush and that I submited a state to Perspective Qualities. They delivered me from anchor to publish, requested me to re-deliver the state that we did. They never returned in my experience till this season stating there's no evidence that I posted a state. I delivered them copies of the emails I delivered them simply to show that I posted a state. Today they're declining to provide me the standing of the state or if they are spending or not.

Moreover, my roof collapsed on me and that I was compelled to displace it. I posted another state. They offered me numerous the insurance provider (Comm Danger) accountable for my complex. I called them 3 times. They guaranteed to deliver me types to accomplish. Up to today I'venot gotten something. Please advise on which to complete.
