I enrolled my 3 cats in VPI Pet Insurance and, after confirming their health background, was recommended that I'd be charged for just two weeks per dog ahead of time. Easily had a state, all I'd have to do is always to send the claim form combined with the vetis statement to VPI. Easy and simple. Nevertheless, after I posted my first state to get a modest $67, their reaction required nearly per month after which I had been recommended the state was refused and "under evaluation." They required that I deliver all medical documents/graphs, etc., etc. Associated with the kitten that I posted the state for that previous year. I had been astonished and insulted when I experienced as if these were asking the credibility of the state. I also discovered it fascinating they had not a problem getting my charge card for that 2 weeks per cat deposit plus regular payments but, after I posted a little state, I had been likely to give a complete sales of the background of my kitten's health. Again, it was just for a $67 state! Complete and total rip-off and misunderstanding of the solutions. I've since terminated the insurance and am seeking a complete reimbursement that'll possibly be another fight. Alternatively, I'll consider the regular rates that I'd have supplied them-and place it within the lender for almost any excursions towards the vet!
