Mortgage Modification Denial

Countrywide continues to be positively terrible to work well with when it comes to a mortgage change. I required a change since I firmly think that Truth-in-Lending mistakes and feasible RESPA violations were completed when my mortgage was underwritten.

While my 2nd mortgage was financed, I had been informed the worthiness of my house was $158,000 via an online value they use. As it happens the internet valution compared my residence (business) to at least one and 2 bedroom apartments in my own region and over-valued my house by $68,000!! Today I'm severely marine and Countrywide will not use me and sometimes even do the forensic review I required them to complete. Twice I Have requested them-and twice they refused my change request. Today Countrywide is showing me they'll document foreclosure actions against me in Feb thus the reason behind me setting up my request.

Countrywide is terrible!!!
