Not received security money back

I havnot recived the protection money-back after making the appt. This is actually the email below that we delivered to them-but no response from there part.

This Really Is concerning the reimbursement of the safety deposit which often credit towards the citizen within 30 days after making the condo. I had been resident of the Likely#392 in Summerbend appartments. Irving 75038 and that I quit from there on 26th Sep 2008. However now its being over 3 weeks but still I'venot returned my safety deposit. Please do the necessary since my keeping consideration in US wouldn't be energetic after couple of days when I have now been transferred to India back.

Used to donot get any repy of the email.
