I'd posted a refinancing research to lendingtree.com and Hash Krassi from financing tree was among the mortgage consultant that approached me. After obtaining his quotes about the refinancing and delivering him all of the paperwork he questioned us to obtain an evaluation. He agreed to obtain a rough estimation before we proceeded and returned stating that I ought to atleast have 350000 for my home and thats why I decided to obtain the apprsisal completed. Following the evaluation was completed Hash the mortgage consultant disappeared in the picture. He'd not return my telephone calls or my emails. Then yesterday after I had informed him that I'll need to contact customer support he claims my home evaluated for 309000. I've lost belief in Surepoint and its own mortgage experts. I'm placing a written complaint to BBB. Due to their early communications I've dropped additional refinancing possibilities.
