Untimely posting of payment

Sept mortgage transaction was shipped via US Express Email with verification that shipping was created on 9-20-08. I received calls that I had been deliquent along side characters stating I had been deliquent. Talked to Saxon 3 times. On September 30, named them again and in those days I had been recommended the cost was published that day.in early calls, I had been informed the cost confirmed obtained at Saxon but wasn't being published to my bill. On the automatic program on September 30, it claims my consideration is overdue. The notice which was delivered to me had large costs which were not described. The cost was due on September 20 having a ten-day grace period.
