Collective zealousness in enforcing far reaching and pathetic covenants is emotionally vehement.

Impartiality is not high priority.

The outright vitriol towards "violators" is akin to hatred.

"Violators" are referred to like you might toward pedophiles.

Akward public meetings held at inconvenient 9 AM on Tuesdays where no or little notice is given.

Community targets for violators

And they promote the property values of all the community? I think not.

I think the LM HOA is not for the benefit of the community.

Local law enforcement doesn't have the same enforcement power as HOAs think they possess.

Put absolute power in the hands of a few, and you corrupt absolutely!
