Unfair mortgage practice!

I'd crisis heart surgery on Oct. 28th. I had been out and in of a healthcare facility from March thru Feb. 2008. Throughout that time period my mortgage leaped from $875.00 to $1194.00. I've not had the opportunity to refinance since I applied charge cards to reside on till I really could return to function. I requested ASC to get a change of my mortgage due to my conditions and contains been economically challenging since my mortgage payment leaped. I've never been overdue on my cost. Tory Scott a Negotiator for ASC explained nowadays that it generally does not seem like my mortgage could be altered since I wear;t have sufficient revenue. However I've been producing the cost of $1194.00 monthly. Plus Tory Scott has run me thru the ring with demands for paperwork, informing me-she has after that it informing me-she does not and never returning my telephone calls Because Of Tory Scotts unwillingness to work well with me and reduce my cost as to the it initially was. I've come to think they need me to foreclose. America is in an environment of difficulty with all the foreclosures and that I might genuinely believe that mortgage businesses could be prepared to use people that are attempting to maintain their houses and create the funds even when this means purchasing less goods and performing with no large amount of issues in existence all since I'm spending on the SUPPLY and ASC isn't prepared to use my scenario. However I keep producing the ungodly cost or shed my home and finish such as the remaining thousand americans within the same vessel.
