LWP's seemingly nice salesperson

LWP's seemingly nice salesperson didn't cover all the bases with me. A major reason in replacing my bath was to get rid of a chipped tub. LWP's shower door fabricator did a shoddy job. The enclosure cost $2,695.00. The installer drilled 2 holes in my new $ tub. He didn't use anything to assure a clean drilling. So now I have a new expensive bathroom with 2 chips in my new tub. The moulding around the enclousre is uneven. The coating on the glass (Hydroshield) is odd as you can not use most household cleaners on it.
