GMAC may be the toughest of the 8 different mortgage company. I have had. Their various depts. Do not appear to talk between them. It is taken weeks in order for them to repair my acct. According to final statement in my own mortgage documents and4mnts in acct. Remains not right! Whenever you contact, long-long delay times to keep in touch with people that are difficult to comprehend and English isn't an initial language. Truly poor support!!!
