Numerous house issues!

Our kids and that I bought a brand new house over annually 5 before in Bartow County Georgia. While buying the house, we were guaranteed the planet. 12 months guarantee, etc. Upon moving-in house, we observed issues weren't operating, septic was bubbling in bathrooms and wood hidden in lawn.

I visited court-house to protest to locate the company has his spouse employed in the division where you document the criticism. We are in possession of a brand new house that's falling apart. Form keeps growing within the cellar and septic leaks. Over $20,000 in repairs. Company, Paul McMillain, declined to return and fix house. I employed a lawyer to operate up over $14,000 in attorney fees. Today company claims he'll restore house but we're so much with debt because of the issues that I can not afford to pay for back all of the lawyer costs to create him return.

This Can Be A severe problem in Bartow County with new property owners. I had been intentionally infected since I had been just one lady handicapped having a disease. He didn't do that to others that had partners to operate for them. Our kids and that I are ill daily in the odor of septic and form with no one can help us. Lawyer charges are therefore costly and informed simply to shed our life-savings and overlook what this terrible guy did in my experience and my kids.

Please post my problem. This occurs to a lot of naive ladies and that I am unable to fight because of my health. He's become a rich individual using this method to beginners locally and we've no business to assist us. Please support us.
