My daughter grandson and son in law live in these apartments there air has been broke within the past 2 months more than it has been working, it started she was 9months pregnant now her baby is a month old and her air is once again broke, they said they would be here today, but it is 7:30pm and they are still not here. She has never been late with her rent payment, and when she called to talk to someone after the second attempt the lady hung up on her. She lives in a one bedroom apartment and her utilities are 3 times all of her neighbors. Now this is becoming a problem that is not getting resolved. Funny that the air don't work but untilites are all gone up. I have to hear her crying all the time. Help!!!
