My agent tried contacting her for two weeks to get an appointment to view a house she was selling, he got no response. It got to the point where we had to contact her ourselves and she finally answered thinking we didn't have an agent. Once she realized our agent was involved, she started to ignore our calls too. She played nice in person, but made insults behind our backs to our agent. Our offer was completely ignored. It was like pulling teeth to try to communicate with Melinda, very unprofessional. It seems like she was looking to make double commission. It's no surprise she works alone in her own realty company.
