Big rip off!!! There is an automatic renewal contract. They offered to drop my bill from $307.00 to $115.00 if I singed a new one year contract. I was informed of this after they told me I was in a roll over contract. The person that singed the old contract is retired and we're under new ownership. It really makes me sick to think of how many people they're taking advantage of. If they can drop my bill almost $200.00 dollars at the drop of a hat for a new signature how much money are they really making? The only guarantee that you get by singing a contract is that your bill will increase every year!
