I have had a terrible experience with Bay Carpet.in the beginning, before they get your money, they act prompt and polite. They showed up at my door twenty minutes after I called them for a consultation. They showed me beautiful samples and asked for a deposit. I put down a big deposit. A week later, when they were supposed to install they showed up at my house at a different time than agreed on. I went ahead and told my neighbor to let them in. They installed the whole carpet in less than an hour, leaving a huge mess. When I saw it, I did not believe it was the same carpet. The carpet looked NOTHING like the sample. The carpet had a large pattern. The sample did not show the complete pattern. The company took no responsibility for their misrepresentation. They are all about sales, not customer service, not quality.
