Annoyed and Pissed & I didn, teven get a cleaning

It started last week, when I call them to have someone come out this Thursday. (by the way I don't remember who the other woman was that I spoke to, but the woman in question is Bobbi) I was told they could fit me in Thursday, & I said that was fine because my husband was with his unit in Fort Knox, Kentucky getting some training done with some reservist for two weeks. I've told them that I was unable to do anything but Thursdays and Sundays because of my work schedule & I would have to put in a request to get anything else off and that it was way too late of a notice to do any other day than Thursday... Period. So the woman I spoke to first said "okay yes we can have someone come out Thursday but first we would like to have someone come out and walk to the apartment with you so you can tell him what you want done"... I agreed to have the premise visit for Friday the 9th or Saturday the 10th, (I honestly don't remember right now), But I called them back to reschedule the premise visit and then was told that they were booked up completely all this month and more on Thursdays so no one can come out for my cleaning on any giving Thursday. I told her that was unacceptable because I was told Thursday would be fine so she said what about Friday, I said okay I'll do my best to see if I can get at least a couple hours off so I can be home when you send someone to come clean and then we scheduled my walk-through visit for Monday (today)... Its 3 o'clock... No one shows up. I called them and ask them what's going on because its now 4 o'clock and no one showed... I took the whole day off, so they can walk around with me like they said they would and then no one showed. The man that was supposed to come by, his wife was the one that answered the phone, and she told me there was no way she scheduled me for Monday because he was completely booked up today and she had put me down for Tuesday... I told her that I want the whole thing completely canceled because I was unhappy with the whole thing and I did not even have one person come by, instead of doing what any other reputable business would do and try to work something out with me instead she got an attitude said she was going to cancel everything and hung up the phone without even apologizing. I personally will never ever ever recommend them to anyone just for this alone because how you treat your customers before they were even customers is a big deal. And for them to do this, makes me glad I didn't go through with the cleaning because God only knows what would have happened if I had let them into my home and started cleaning.
