Are Liars

I had called Comcast 800 number because even though they are the only cable company in Greeneville TN, they don't have a local number listed. I have called and talked to several people at Comcast over the last week to see what kind of deal I could get on my internet. Every time I called them I always got a different price.

Finally Thursday I talked to a man that gave me a good deal and I went ahead and set up the time for them to come and install my internet service on this coming wednesday. Friday a woman from Comcast called me and told me they had an opening for Monday between 10am and 12pm. Fine I said come do that. Then she told me the installment fee would be 59.00 instead of the 49.00 the man had quoted me Thursday. Well I told no that wasn't right. She said ok I'll knock it down to 49.00. So Monday came and I waited and nobody came.

At 12:35 I called to see what the problem was. They told me the serviceman had tried to call me at 11:58 to see if I was at home and since I didn't answer, he moved to his next customer. I was outside for two seconds and missed his call. Then they told me it would be 59.00 for installment and 82.00 for my internet. The quote I had gotten thursday was 42.00 fro my internet and that was after the 6 months at 26.00.

Comcast are LIARS. I told them to kiss you know what.
