“They don't care about you. Avoid!

I had to wait 2 weeks for my property to be booked in. Meanwhile, Mrs Sparkles had all the details about the job and should have easily anticipated any issues they may have encountered prior to setting off on the day.instead, Mrs Sparkles let me down by just not bothering to try to fullfil their obligations and by texting me after the appointment to say that there wasn't any parking. 1. There is abundant parking on streets across the road from mine. 2. They already should have known exactly the parking situation before even setting off for the job, it's like these people don't know Google has a maps feature. There's just no way they should have got this so wrong. This company has let me down badly and the key I left for them to enter the property is still there, liable to be found by persons for whom it was not intended. They obviously don't care about your security nor the inconvenience they cause by NOT doing the job you pay them to do. This company don't care about you, I wouldn't care about them if I were you.
