Fulton homes multiple cracks in home and flickering lights - they don't care. - Fulton Homes

I bought a Fulton home that was almost 10 years old. There was a long crack in the family room ceiling, garage and the door step to the back patio... Lots of smaller hairline crack in the stucco around the home. Otherwise, I liked the home and it was a good deal. (probably why!) My realtor said something about most home builders have a 10 year warranty and they're a good company, just call them after you get settled. Well, that's what I did only to learn they have a 1 year warranty and the guy I was told to talk to, Alan, told me I shouldn't have bought the home. Really? That doesn't sound proud to build so I'm proud to own!!! Not only that, if any appliance comes on, like the frig, the lights flicker.

Not proud to own.
