Totally unprofessional and unethical

Ths company provides my lawn mowing services and broke a window in my car. After they admitted fault, sent their manager out to review the damage and committed to getting it replaced, they failed to fix it and ignored my calls.

To make matters worse, I had explained that i needed the car so my daughter could take her driver's test. 5 days I waited and had to cancel her test.

This company is unethical and unprofessional.
