Eric Fudd Unethical business practice and Unfinished work

I had all the windows in the house replaced. Everything was OK, except for the front window, which had some debris in between the panes. "Eric" promised to resolve it, no problem. They came out and attempted to install the window, but somehow it got broke. No problem. He (Eric) promised to replace the window. Wrong size, also different installer. Things are becoming cloudy now on the issue.

We started this process last Fall and the window they were originally to replace has a crack in it.
Eric emailed my wife to inform her he has left the company and can no longer assist us, giving us the phone number to the manufacturer.
I have called them, and they referred me to the owner. I have not tried her yet.
I thought I have been taken around the block to much already, so it is time to sek legal help.
We paid for the windows in full up front. My wife said it would be OK. I should have listened to my instincts.
Anyhow, I wanted to file this report on the company and salesman for unethical business practices.
Do not use them for anything..
