Colonial Home Warranty lack of service / lack of paying for claims - Colonial Home Warranty

Colonial Home warranty does EVERYTHING they can to not pay for service. It took a full week for them to review our request to have our A/C fixed, then deny service because we did not have our system cleaned twice a year - somewhere in fine print it says we need to properly have our system maintained and we failed by not having it serviced - on our nickel, twice a year. HORRIBLE company. We used Old Republic in the past and kicking myself that we switched to save some money - now it is costing us a lot. My new life mission is putting them out of business to save others from being ripped off.
