Unreliable — take your money, then silence, 4 weeks later no idea when or if our shower will ship - Vigo shower 32x42 glass plus drain pan

Four weeks later, have no confirmation of shipping, have called 7 times to find out whether it will be here in time for our scheduled time off to do the work, and nothing. Silence. Won't answer phone, won't answer email. They took our money just fine, but that was it. No idea if and when it will ship. It looks like we're going to have to cancel the work, wait for the shower to show up whenever they feel like getting around to it, and reschedule at some unknown date in the future. Not even close to being worth the couple hundred dollars less we paid.
