Back in December I ordered a fire brick panel for my fireplace off of Ibuyfireplaceparts.com. When I received it a week later it had a cracked corner from what looks like it being tossed around during delivery. I called ibuy and was assured that a new panel would be ordered and sent to me A.S.A.P. I had my replacement panel within a week. I expected for it to take much longer then that but was gratefully surprised seeing as how it was only 15 degrees outside, BURR!
