In February, I started looking for a pilot for my fireplace. I searched online and found Ibuyfireplaceparts.com. I googled them just to get some info before placing my order. On most sites I saw that two customers had bad shipping experiences and that made me a little leery. I noticed that they were one of the few places that still carried parts for my discontinued model. I ordered my pilot and had it in about 5 days. I didn't have any issues at all and i'm hoping that if I have to order a different part in the future I have the same type of service.
