I don't normally use unknown e-commerce businesses - so i thought i'd give this biz a try after receiving positive feedback from a friend.

I ordered only two small items for my garden and they was delivered the next day - not bad for an 'unknown'...

I was a bit worried at first as there wasn't a phone number listed on their website, however i Emailed the e-company and within 15 minutes i received an honest but fair reply - the 2 founders both work full time and at the moment don't have the time to be near the phones 24/7, however they have promised me that they are going to implement a 24/7 live help system.

I always respect honest customer service, and it just goes to show that there might just be room for another fish in a very large ocean.
