Horrible install jo

I have had the worse experience at the Lowes store in seekonk mass. I would never recommend ever having anything installed by them. The shower I had installed last year was leaking and causing damage to my wall. Not to mention the inital install job was a disaster. It took forever to get fixed and still isnt done.instead of redoing the whole job to ensure its all correct. It was recommended that the whole job be redone by one of their contractors that they sent out. Lowes keeps patching up the problems. Obviously they are trying to fix this the least expensive way possible. I am beside myself on what to do. I truly feel as though I am talking to the wall. And that noone cares.
